Nice place with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff once gave me fantastic travel tips. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for Christmas.

Exceptional staff, great room service!

i had a nice time at hyatt regency. the corner king room was clean and comfy. the location right on the river was beautiful. i also loved the 2 hot tubs – perfect for relaxing after a long day! the catering staff provided great service during my retreat.

Our family had a fantastic time at the Hyatt! The spacious Queen Room was perfect for us, and we loved taking our dog along. We even walked to INTRUST Bank Arena, which was just a short stroll away. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home.

My kids wished the pool area had better ventilation to make it comfortable for families with children.

The room was spacious and clean with a mini fridge so we could keep drinks cool and the front desk staff were just fantastic always making sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was going well.

It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for.

I arrived late in the evening after a long drive and was greeted with a beautiful corner king room. The cleanliness and comfort were immediately noticeable. The location by the river is stunning. I enjoyed walking outside and taking in the views. The huge TV in the room made relaxing a pleasure. The indoor pool looked inviting, and the gym had a nice variety of equipment. However, I faced some issues at check-in. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my room as it wasn't ready on arrival. The bathroom counter had scratches and chips, detracting from its appearance. I also found the ice bucket dirty, which I had to clean before using. Lastly, I expected some breakfast options, but it was disappointing that only biscuits were available with room service. Despite these hiccups, the friendly staff and great location made my stay enjoyable.

The river view from our king room was stunning, providing a serene backdrop to our vacation. The in-house dining venues offered tasty food options, though the café felt underutilized and could use more promotion.

Parking is only available in a paid garage. the key access system is confusing.

The hotel's location by the river is fantastic, and the breakfast is truly one of the best I've had. However, housekeeping left something to be desired with dirty bedding in the pullout sofa and a smoky first room, which was unexpected for a Hyatt.
